I am abroad and can't call the customer service line, is there an email address that I can send my question to?

This is a great question, and we're happy to announce that if you're unable to call and speak with a Banking Specialist in regard to your account, you would have the ability to send a Secure Message to a Specialist right from your Online Banking!
If you've never sent a Secure Message, and are unaware of how to do so, we'll be more than happy to help!
To begin, you'll first want to log into your Online Banking, and you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to do so. If you haven't signed up for Online Banking yet, don't worry! You can do so simply by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. In order to complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, your Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you have logged in, towards the left hand side of your screen, you should see the 'Message Center'. From here, simply click 'Send a Secure Message'. You will have the option to select from multiple subjects, including changing your address and requesting a new debit card. If you do not see a subject to best fit your needs, simply select 'General Customer Service'.
You also have the option of sending a Secure Message from your Mobile App! If you have not downloaded TD Bank's Mobile App, we invite you to click here: https://go.td.com/2gkUc4O for more information. Once you have logged in using your credentials, select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu to send your message.
We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
