I'm trying to log into my account and getting prompted for an answer to a security question but the "continue" button is not enabled.
This is happening on my iPad in both Chrome and Safari. From my Windows PC logging on is no problem.

First, you may like to clear the cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins and restore your browser's default settings.
