I am the President of a 10-unit Coop in New York City. We have a line of credit for the building with NCB which is about to expire. We are wondering if we can save money on fees. They have a $7,500 "application fee" to renew the line of credit which is for $500K of which we've used about 250K for capital projects. Would we receive more favorable terms with TDBank?
