Welcome to TD Helps, Karen. We'd be glad to help you with copies of deposits you've made.
You always have the option of visiting a TD Store for assistance or by contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speaking to our Customer Service Representatives. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you use Online Banking you may send us a secure message to request a copy of the deposit in question. Once you're logged in to your Online Banking please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Secure Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. To make a request for check images, you would need to change the subject to "Request a Transaction Copy." You will then be directed to select and fill out details about the deposit that you're requesting including the date and amount.
Please note that there may be fees included for this service. Take a look at our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you are not currently enrolled in online access, feel free to begin the process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call us by using the number listed above or visit a TD Store.
We hope this helps, Karen and have a good day.
