For a checking account statement period ending February 23, 2015 I noticed a typographical error and wish to have it corrected as it creates a very worrisome record keeping problem for me.
Simply put, while the amount of money of the check payment is correct, the check number listed on the statement is incorrect.
Specifically, a check payment is listed as #3843 in the "Checks Paid" section of the statement, yet the actual image of the check shows as check #3543, which agrees with my records. I would like to get a revised statement correcting this error. Please advise.
