Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Ryan. We are sorry to hear you've lost your TD Debit card and would be glad to help provide details on how to close and obtain a new card.
As you've lost your TD ATM/Visa Debit card, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file.
Another option would be to send us a secure message via your Online Banking. Once you're logged in to www.tdbank.com, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message" located under the "Message Center" section.
If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 by using the number mentioned above.
After account verification, a Specialist would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you.
Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, your Representative would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Lastly, you may also request to close your TD ATM/Visa Debit card by visiting us at your local TD Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this was helpful information, Ryan. Have a good one.
