We appreciate you reaching out to us on TD Helps, Hymie.
You do have the option to receive check images with your future monthly statements. If you would like this feature added, you may do so by requesting it via over the phone with a Banking Specialist available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also send a secure message via Online Banking by logging in online. To send a secure message, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." Lastly, you may visit any TD Bank Store for assistance. For a listing of TD Bank Stores, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note; fees may apply for this service. For more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you'd like to avoid the check images fee, you may consider enrolling in paperless statements. Once your accounts are set up for paperless statements, the check images will be displayed on your digital statement copies, free of charge. You can access this information via the "Statements" tab while viewing your account history.
In order to enroll for paperless statements, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and U.S. Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
Just in case if you are having difficulties setting this up or you don't have U.S. Social Security number at this time, you can call our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Digital Banking Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be happy to walk you through this. You could also stop by your local TD Store for assistance.
Just in case you would like to request some previous statements along with check images, we can help too. You may submit this request via telephone 24/7 at 888-751-2000, secure online message or at a local TD Bank store. Please also refer to the fee schedule previously provided above for additional fee information regarding this request.
Thanks again for stopping by and have a great day!
