Great question, Sue. We'd be glad to help you review your statement information.
The easiest and quickest way to view and retrieve copies of your statements is to get them via your online banking account. You'll have the ability to view and print statements going back to April, 2010. If your account was opened after that time, you'll be able to view all of the statements for your account.
As it sounds like you're currently using TD Online Banking for your account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the "Accounts" tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the "Statements & Notices" tab
-Select the year you would like to view from the drop-down box
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click "View Statement"
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you'd like to obtain copies of statements from a time frame prior to April, 2010, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store. You're welcome to find a listing of our Stores nearest you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that TD Bank maintains copies of banking records for the most recent 7 years.
We hope this clears things up, Sue and have a good day.
