Good morning, Greta and thanks for coming to TD Helps today.
Please understand, as we'd like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that you may view your account history online.
You may view your current transactions by logging into your Online Banking. To login, please visit: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are not already enrolled in Online Banking, we invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll. The web page will ask you for to select your account type either "Personal" or "Business." After you select your account type, you will then be asked to accept the Online Banking Agreement. The next step will require the use of some personal information. You will need your account number, Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/VISA debit card number and your email address. Once you fill in the required fields and select "Continue," you will then be asked to create three security questions. When you submit them, you will then have access to your account(s) online.
If you have any trouble enrolling or you have any other questions, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and upon account verification, we'd be happy to help. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance. Feel free to look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of hours and locations.
After you log onto TD Bank Online, click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Also, to the right of “Account History”, you will see a link for “Power Search” next to the link for a “Printer Friendly Version” of your history. You do have the option to search for debits only.
