To find out more about your safe deposit box payment we have a few options for you. First, you are more than welcome to give one of our Banking Specialists a call. For your convenience, we are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we can check on this for you right away.
You're also welcome to check your savings account online for the payment, or send us a Secure Message, both via your Online Banking account. To log in feel free to use this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, either click on your savings account to view it, or locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message to submit your inquiry to us.
Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. You're also welcome to contact the Store you have your safe deposit box at, and they can confirm if they've debited your payment for you.
