I am a TD customer in both Canada and USA.
I am Huu Phuoc. I have a problem to create an online TD Business Direct, and a TD officer explains that the tax ID I gave did not cporrespond to the tax ID she had. As I need to access to the Internet to manage the transactions please advise what I need to do and/or what you can do to help me.

First, we do recommend that you contact us to determine if the Tax Identification number on file for your business is correct. If not, you'll need to provide documentation so that this can be updated and we'll be able to tell you more during your call. Please reach us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 and please have your Tax ID ready during your call.
If the Tax Identification number on file is correct, you'll be able to begin your BusinessDirect account online at this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. We'd also like to mention that if you used this method previously to sign up and the Tax Identification number was keyed incorrectly, we may have received the wrong number and declined your enrollment.
To begin or try again, once you're at the link above, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, your business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and Password.
Once enrolled, you can call a Tech Support Specialist at 800-493-7562 using Option 2 anytime for support.
