Is it possible to create a login credential under my current but it is only for view purpose? I have a login right now, and it has access to all the functions. Can I create a login for my accountant and it can only view the account transactions? Thanks

You are able to log in and add a sub-user (with limited access) if you currently have BusinessDirect online access for your business account(s) with us. To do so, you must first log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. After logging in, please follow the steps below:
-Select the "Users" tab
-Select "Add New User"
-Fill in the required fields
-Choose the accounts the new user will have access to as well as activity level
