how to I create an online login to my son's checking account which I am joint owner of (he was under 18 when he set it up). When I create a log on with my information including that bank acct, it gives me an error message saying the info does not match

To better assist you, you may call us at 888-751-9000 24/7 to for assistance upon account verification. By calling us, we are able to enroll you with Online Banking under your information or add this joint account you have with your son to your existing online banking profile. Alternatively, you have the option of visiting any TD Bank Store in which locations can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if you are already enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message to us to have your joint account added. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When sending a secure message to us, please be sure to include the account in your message.
