I applied a TD credit card in April or May in 2016 and consumed about $1700. I paid the bill and I thought that I paid full bill of $1700 when I came back China in June 2016. However, I checked my credit card online account in January 2017 and found that I did not pay all amount of bill. There is still about $115 I need to pay. But I find that I cannot pay it online because the online account is locked. I also find that my FICO score is seriously affected by this mistake. Because I do not use this TD card, I did not find the problem immediately.
I am not in the US now. I am in China. It is inconvenient to call the service members in TD. Can you reactive my card online account so that I can pay the bill online? I also lose the $200 redeemed points.

Thanks for your reply. However, I cannot call the number you give because I am in China and it is not convenient to call it. What I request is to reactive the online account so that I can pay the bill online.
Is there any other way to reactive my online account except the calling? Please consider my special case. I can provide you the account number.
