I logged into my account today and it says I have a credit card balance of (-$1,500). What does this mean and how exactly did this happen? My first thought would be I have had a cash rewards cc for a few years and never claimed the cash rewards but recently they sent me a new cc since mine was about to expire. Is this correct?
