Hi, do you know when my cycle ends? - i want to find out if i can get my rewards for direct deposit via cash as a reward. I didn't get an email alert stating when i can pay it. - Thank you!

In order to determine your statement cycle, we'll need to review your account.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to be able to provide you with this info directly. However, we have Credit Card Customer Service Specialists available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 888-561-8861. You're also more than welcome to stop in to see us at any local TD Bank Store. Our Store Representatives have access to credit card accounts and would be glad to provide you with your statement cycle as well as answer any question you may have. You may also be able to access your previous statements online to determine your statement cycle. You can login or enroll in online access with TD Card Services here: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1. If you haven't yet enrolled, just click the enrollment link on the right hand side. You'll need to enter personal and card info so that we may locate your account. You'll then be walked through the rest of the enrollment processes, which only takes a few minutes. Once completed, you'll have full access to your credit card account online. From the home page, you'll be able to view past statements and current activity. You'll even be able to view and redeem your rewards right from the site!
