I always paid my credit card balance from the TD Bank app. I logged into the app today and my credit card no longer shows up. why has this account disappeared?

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you reach out to us directly for assistance. You are able to reach a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562.
If you prefer, you are also able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We understand that sometimes our Customers don't have time to pay us a visit or give us a call. You are also able to send a secure message via Online Banking for assistance with your account. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
