Hello Andy and welcome to TD Helps.
If you have not yet done so, please reach out to our Credit Card department as soon as possible to have your lost credit card canceled. They are available 24/7 and can be reached at 888-561-8861. Upon account verification, they will also able to make an arrangement to have a new credit card mailed to you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you prefer speaking with us in person, you may also stop by any of the TD Store locations during normal lobby hours in your area. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!

Thanks for getting in touch with us, Cary.
Based on your statement it sounds like you've lost your debit/ATM card. First, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to close your debit/ATM card for your account security. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your card.
After account verification, our Specialists would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Carrier, your new card may arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Once your card is closed, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. A Representative will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps you, Cary! We'll talk to you soon and have a good day.
