Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps today, Ian.
It sounds like you may have overpaid your credit card. No worries! Our Credit Card Department should be able to issue you a refund of the overpayment. Please give our TD Card Services Team a call 24/7 at 888-561-8861. We'd be happy to take care of this for you!
We see that you're writing in from Vancouver. If this is actually in regard to a Credit Card account you have at TD Canada Trust, rather than us here at TD Bank in the United States, we'd like to help you connect with someone there. We recommend reaching out to a representative at TD Canada Trust directly using their Credit Card Customer Service line at 800-983-8472. We also want to provide you with a link to all of TD Canada Trust's contact info. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2tp27BR.
We're certain they'll be able to help with getting your overpayment returned to you.
We hope you have a great weekend, Ian!
