I paid my credit card bill around 5-5:30pm EST last night. The confirmation email I received showed a requested payment date of yesterday. However, I just logged in today and the payment hasn't been credited and I received a late charge. Is there a cut-off time for payments?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Randy! We'd be happy to help.
The posting date for your credit card payment may depend upon how the payment was made.
Payments made prior to 5PM online at http://bit.ly/28LTtn1 or by phone with a TD Card Services representative, will post for the same business day and will reflect on your account at about midnight. If the payment is made after 5PM or over the weekend using one of the methods above, it will post for the following business day. In this case, that would be Monday.
If the payment was made using TD Bank Online Banking or was made inside of a TD Bank Store, the processing time is 2 business days.
If you haven't done so already, we recommend enrolling your credit card at TD Card Services Online. To reach the enrollment page, please click here: http://bit.ly/28IBsq6. You'll need to register the card, as well as create a username, password, and security questions. Once completed, you'll have full access to your credit card account, including statements, rewards, and payments.
If you have any questions at all or to discuss your recent payment and late fee, please give our Credit Card Customer Service Team a call at 888-561-8861. We have representatives available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that can help.
We hope you're enjoying your weekend, Randy!
