Welcome to TD Helps, Caitlin. That is a great question and we'll be happy to assist you.
If you have not lost your TD ATM/Visa Debit card, there is no need to worry. A TD Credit card and TD ATM/Visa Debit card are not connected and no further action is needed.
If you have lost your TD ATM/Visa Debit card, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Another option you have to close your TD ATM/Visa Debit card is to visit us at your local TD Bank Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps you, Caitlin. Have a great day and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
