Please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank Store if you need additional assistance in regards to these concerns. Please know that we do not offer an account similar to what you mentioned in your question. If you are concerned about potentially overdrawing your account, we recommend reaching out to a Representative directly for assistance in choosing the best account for you.
Once you have decided the type of the account you wish to open, you are able to do so online by selecting "Open Account," by calling us using the number mentioned above or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. Regardless of the method you choose you will need a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security Number.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
