I opened a new acct w/local furniture store. I have never received a bill, never received the credit card, have left numerous messages for help with furniture store & been trying to call your bank since they finally reahed out to me two days ago. I sit on homd for over an hour and no one answers my call I just want to pay my bill. Please help!

Based on your question, it sounds as though you have a Credit Card through a Retail Store rather than with TD Bank.
For any further assistance you may need, please contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. They will be more than glad to assist you with your account, and are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We also would like to let you know that you have the option of enrolling online to pay your bill. The enrollment process for Credit Cards held by Retail Stores can be found here: www.myonlineaccount.net. Once you visit the mentioned link, please select "Enroll Today!" to sign up for online access.
