I accidentally confused what card I made a purchase on. When I was being credited I gave them my TD Bank credit card, but I had made the original purchase with a different card. I am not seeing the credit appear on my TD Bank account. What should I do?

When a merchant applies a credit to your account, or debit card, typically it will take between 3-5 business days to show up on your account. If it's been longer than that and you still have not received the credit, we first recommend getting in contact with the merchant for further details.
