Hello, I opened a new MOR Furniture account with you early last year in March and after making first few payments I set up the account for autopay. At least I thought. I filled out the info online and went about my day. I’m a divorced father of 3 and don’t play too close to my bills once they are on auto pay so it wasn’t until July that I realized that autopay was in fact not working. I then made a payment of $491 to bring the account current and tried to setup autopay again. This time successfully as its worked fine the last 8 months.
The unfortunate problem I am facing now is trying to refinance my home to get out of this horrible FHA loan but I'm being denied by all lenders solely because of the 30 and 60 lates that are on my credit report. I’m aware that this is not your fault but I believed that the account was already setup. I take my financial responsibilities very seriously. It’s a small oversight that’s costing me dearly. Is there anything I can do to get one or both of these notices removed from my credit report? I can pay the current account balance off if needed.
Please help anyway you can. Look forward to your response
