Sounds like you're looking for a verification of your account, John.
Verification requests for deposit accounts would be handled by your nearest TD Store location. To find a listing of our Store locations and their contact information, please use our Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Requests for verification of accounts must be made in writing and your local Store is able to handle requests for both Personal and Business accounts held with TD.
When sending the request, please remember to note the address or fax number that you want the request to be returned to. Please make sure that your request is specific so that we include all necessary information you would like to verify. Also, if it happens that you are a third party, please remember that the request must be signed and authorized by our TD Customer.
We do notice that you're writing in to us from Denver, John and understand that you may not be able to visit a Store. If this is the case, we would recommend reaching out to a TD Store to see if they're able to offer you any other options, given your location.
