Welcome to the US TD Family, Jeremy!
For your first question about viewing your accounts online, you're able to add your US account to EasyWeb at this time rather than Online Banking. We apologize if this caused any confusion!
Your Specialists at TD Canada Trust should be able to add your new account by contacting them directly. Check out their contact options here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
Funding your account is also pretty cool! You can call our Cross Border Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-700-2913 to initiate a wire between TD Canada Trust and TD Bank free of charge to fund your account!
We also offer a Bank by Mail service if you were interested in depositing a check. You may mail your deposit to:
TD Bank, N.A.
P.O. Box Number 1190
Lewiston, ME 04243
-Please review the guidelines below for mailing deposits:
-Cash should not be sent through the mail
-Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
-Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
-Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
-Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
-If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
-Do not staple transactions
You may also take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. On pages 40-44, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Finally, for your debit card, we recommend reaching a Cross Border Banker using the number above. If you requested a debit card during account opening, a card may have already been sent. To confirm this though, we ask that you speak with a Specialist.
We hope this answers your questions, Jeremy. Thanks for choosing TD!
