If I change my canadian address you have on file, for my sister's US address (for online billing address purposes), is there a way for me to add a different mailing address?

Great to hear from one of our cross-border Customers! Thank you for writing in.
In order for your account to be eligible to use our Bill Pay service, we will need a U.S. address on file for you. With that being said, we do offer the option of setting up two addresses on an account, one of which can be used for mailing purposes and can also be a Canadian address if you prefer.
If you haven't already updated this information, we recommend that you contact one of our Tech Support Specialists. We're available 24/7 at 800-493-7562, and we can make sure that your Bill Pay account is ready to go, as well as adding both of your preferred addresses to your account during your call.
