I am a resident of USA (not a citizen or green card hoadler) and needs to frequently travel to Canada for work. TD Cross-Border Banking solution is a perfect fit for my needs. But looks like this account can be only opened from Canada. I am not a Citizen Canada, but I do have a Canadian work permit and SIN. Let me know if there is a way to open cross border account from USA (both USD and CAD accounts). Also what are the requrements (address proof, Initial deposit (USD/CAD), etc) to open the account.
