Hi Tracy! Thanks for stopping by TD Helps.
Through TD Bank Online Banking you can download current activity and up to your previous statement into an Excel spreadsheet just by selecting the CSV option. We apologize; you would not have the ability to download as far back as April. For transactions prior to your last statement cycle, you would need to view or download Statements, which could then be manually entered into your spreadsheet, if necessary.
To download what is available, log into your online banking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq for Retail Online Banking or here: https://go.td.com/1rvBmq8. Once logged in, choose the account you'd like to view and select “All Available History” in your Account History page. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the download button. Select the CSV (Comma Separated Value) and download. Once the file is downloaded, open Excel and select Data>Import External Data.
We hope this helps, Tracy. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you have a great weekend and wish you Happy Holidays.
