Speaking with one of our Financial Solutions Specialists will allow you to place a request to increase your ACH/direct debits. After account verification, they would have the ability to send you an ACH request form through the mail. The External ACH form would be needed to set-up automatic ACH debits from accounts at other financial institutions and the Internal ACH form will be needed for automatic ACH debits from your TD Bank account. This may take up to 10 business days. If you prefer, you could visit us during lobby hours and any Customer Service Representative will be happy to help provide you with the form needed for this request. If you have an automatic transfer established via your TD Bank Online Banking account, you may update the amount to be paid using these steps:
-Log in to your online banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the Transfers tab at the top
-Click on the green Scheduled Transfers tab
-Find the transfer you'd like to change and click on the Edit link
-Make any preferred changes
-Click on Save Changes
