My atm card is damaged. Is there anyway to have a replacement mailed to me?

We're so sorry to hear that your debit card has been damaged. Here at TD Bank, there are a couple different ways in which you're able to request a debit card for your account, and we'll be happy to provide you with all your options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Your first option is to visit your nearest TD Store location, as all of our Store locations have instant issues debit card machine where you're able to obtain a card on the spot! To find your nearest Store location, you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR, and during your visit, you may obtain a card by simply speaking with one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives, during lobby hours.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, we understand, and would like to recommend that you then call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist, or you may even send us a secure message. To speak with a Banking Specialist, you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000. For your convenience, Specialists are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you would prefer to send us a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
When sending a secure message, we ask that you please provide the address you wish to have your card mailed to, as this information will be needed to proceed with processing your order. Additionally, we'd also like to mention that TD Bank mails debit cards in white, discreet envelopes for the security of our Customer's accounts, and are generally received within 7-10 business day, depending on the postal service.
