I now fill a form for a refund of my taxes and I need to provide the account number and the routing number. Routing number I found on your website. And account number found to a paper statement of account, but my account number with the dash. (The format of 3 digits - dash - 7 digits.) Should I enter the account number with dashes or without? Thank you.

Thanks for your question, Anastasia. We'd be glad to clarify.
When entering your account and routing number for any type of direct deposit, it is recommend to just enter the numbers rather than any special characters unless otherwise specified by the depositor.
If you have any additional questions for us, feel free to reach a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
