Hi my daughter is going to college in Sept. I would like to open an account for her. The bank (ATM) which is on campus is Santander Bank. If we open a TD acct do you know if she will be able to withdraw from ATM on campus? If so is there a fee since it is not a TD ATM

Welcome to TD Helps, Sandy and thanks for considering TD Bank.
With a TD Bank account, your daughter will be able to withdraw funds from any ATM which has the Plus or NYCE logo on it. Depending on the type of account she has, there may be a fee charged by TD Bank in addition to the financial institution that owns the ATM. For more details we invite you to check out our fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
There are some ways available to avoid fees, including certain account types. For more details on the types of accounts we offer please view our Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or use our Checking account Selector at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU. And our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT, or use our Savings Selector Tool at http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
Additionally, while your daughter is at college she can avoid ATM fees by using a debit card to make purchases, she may also opt for receive cash back when using her debit card at most merchants.
We wish your daughter the best of luck in college and please let us know if you have any other banking questions. Take care, Sandy.
