help. I already called that number and was unable to access anything without providing my account #. The account # is what I cannot find. So I need to talk to someone -- or get help from you -- to access my account. Thank you. GS

Welcome back Gabriel.
We're sorry for any confusion in replying here on TD Helps. In the future, if you would ever like to reply to any of our messages, all the way to the right of the Team Member picture, you'll see an option to Reply. Once you click on that, you'll be able to submit your follow up inquiry to us.
Have no worries, we were able to locate your previous question regarding your credit card for your furniture purchase. Please know that we would like to be able to assist you directly with this however as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to your personal information. We apologize for the inconvenience.
It sounds like when you've recently called 800-252-2551 and were using the automated system, you were unable to obtain any information since you do not have your account number. We recommend calling that number again and once the automated system starts, press 0 to be directed to Specialist. Please note that you may have to press 0 a few times in order for it to be successful.
We hope this helps, Gabriel and please enjoy your day.
