when I opened the bank account. As such, I cannot reset the password through online banking. I haven't used the account for a long time now and believe it has been closed due to inactivity. Currently, I require the bank statements from account opening to closure for a court case. Can you help me to log in? Best Regards Leon Hello,
I have a bank account with you that I believe has been closed due to inactivity since I moved to Australia as i haven't used it since 2015 and cannot log into internet banking. I am trying to reset the password but it is asking for a SSN which I do not have and didn't have one when i opened the account. How would I log in?
Secondly, if the account has been closed is it possible to retrieve the bank statements? I require them for a court case and need them emailed or posted to me if I cannot log into internet banking.

G'day Leon, welcome to TD Helps.

You mentioned that your account hasn't been used for a while. Please know that checking and money market accounts become inactive after 6 months of no Customer initiated activity. If you believe that occurred with your account please ask to speak with our Abandoned Property department when you call or you can call them direct at (856)380-2675, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:45pm, Sat 9am-3pm.
If you think your account had a negative balance for an extended period of time and charged-off, please ask to speak with a member of our Recovery department. You may also contact them directly at 800-354-9769 Mon-Fri 8:00am-9:00pm, Sat 8:00am-5:00pm.
We look forward to hearing from you, Leon. Have a great one, mate.
