Thanks for stopping by TD Helps this morning, Alexander. We appreciate you looking to TD Bank for your banking needs and would be glad to help.
As you state that you are a non-US resident, we do ask that you visit a TD Bank Store location to open the account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the next time you are in the States, you are welcome to visit any TD Store during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd like to introduce you to the variety of different accounts we offer here at TD Bank. We hope you'll find one that suits your needs. Please see our Checking Accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or use our Checking Account Selector at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU. And our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT, or use our Savings Selector Tool at: http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
Once you've decided on the account(s) you wish to open, when you are in the States and are able to visit us, since you mention that you are a U.S. Citizen, you can stop by with a valid U.S. ID such as a Passport or Driver's License and we can open an account for you.
We also recommend connecting with the TD Store you'll be visiting for any additional information or documents needed to open the account(s).
If you should have any questions before your next visit, feel free to reach out to us 24/7 at 1-856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 1-215-569-0518.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
