Thanks for joining the TD Helps community, Nino.
While traveling, you can use your debit card at millions of locations that accept Visa across the globe and you'll be able to make ATM withdrawals from any machine that displays the Visa or PLUS logo. For any fees that may apply please view: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
To avoid any additional interruptions to your TD debit card, we request that you place a travel notification on your account. You can do so by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 1-856-751-9000. Additionally, you can call collect from a landline phone with operator assistance at 1-215-569-0518.
Another option to place a travel note is to send us a Secured Message via your Online Banking account. To send a secured message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here:http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side of the page, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” In your message, please include the dates and destination(s) you will be traveling. If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
By placing a travel notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set.

Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps, Michael!
It sounds like you may be locked out of your mobile banking. We'd be happy to help.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information or online banking logins. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. We can unlock your online banking and help in resetting your password or security questions, if necessary.
In your message to us, you also mentioned your overdraft protection status. When you call us at the number above, we will also be able to discuss this with you. If your settings have changed, we should be able to provide you when that occurred and how it was done. We can then help in making sure that your overdraft preferences are set to the way that you would like. To review our different overdraft options, please click here: https://go.td.com/1lx9Xko.
We see that you may be writing in from outside of the United States. If this is so, to call us you'll want to use country code 011 at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We look forward to hearing from you soon and helping to resolve this, Michael. Take care!
