Great question, Gina! We'll be sure to go over the options you have regarding any possible fraud that could occur on your account.
You may rest easy knowing that if any unauthorized transactions post to your account, they can be disputed. As soon as you lose your Debit Card or notice any strange activity, please contact us immediately so we can take the appropriate action. We'll close your Debit Card and file a dispute for the unauthorized transactions that post to your account. Please note that these items must post to your account in order for us to file a dispute.
Once your dispute is filed, it can take up to 3 business days for a decision to be made. The decision will be mailed to your home address and you can obtain the status of your claim by contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may send us a secure message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, Debit Card number and Social Security Number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
If you should have any additional questions, feel free to come by again and enjoy the rest of your week, Gina!

Thanks for joining in on the conversation, Tony.
At this time, we do not have a feature that would close your debit card via our mobile application. However, if you notice an unauthorized transaction you can give us a call at the number provided above, send us a secured message or step into your local TD Bank Store location.
Tony, we hope all of this information was helpful. Feel free to contact us again with any other questions.
