Placed order December 3rd. Told debit when shipped. Account debited 12/11. Today 12/22/14 still not shipped. Have been given tracking # (false) and info since 12/12. How to obtain a refund?

If you are looking to receive a refund from an online purchase, you will need to contact the merchant directly. Depending on their return policy; it is determined by the merchant if a refund can be issued.
If you see there is a major delay in getting the refund back to your account, we do recommend contacting Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
