My debit card is due to expire at the end of March, 2015. I received the new/replacement card recently; however, the secondary account holder did not receive hers. She is an authorized user and is a co-account holder. Will the replacement card be sent to me/her automatically? If not, what action do I need to take to get the secondary account holders replacement card?

Good of you to stop by TD Helps, Angela! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may regarding replacement debit cards.
Typically, new debit cards are mailed to the address that we have on file 6 weeks prior to the expiration of the current debit card. If a new debit card doesn't arrive by the last day of this month, please visit any TD Bank during lobby hours to pick up a new debit card within five minutes. Feel free to also visit here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. She can also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send us a secured message through online banking to request a new debit card. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for shipping and it will arrive in a plain white envelope.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions and have a great evening, Angela!
