We're sorry to hear that you've lost your Debit Card, Doug. We'd be glad to assist with the next steps.
First, if you have not done so already, we do recommend contacting us to close your Debit Card for security reasons. You are able to reach us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to close your misplaced Card, review account activity and order a new card for you.
As always, you are able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours to obtain your Debit Card number or obtain a new one. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you choose to visit us, be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. with you (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
You are also able to contact us via secure message by signing in to Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not signed up, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists or visit a TD Store.
Please know that Debit Cards requested over the phone or online will be mailed to the address we have on file for you and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
We hope to hear from you soon, Doug and have a good day.
