We appreciate you joining us on TD Helps today, Amber. We understand how busy your schedule can be and we're here to make banking easy and convenient for you!
To order a new Debit Card, you may call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, the Customer Service Representative will place an order for a new card that will be sent to the mailing address on your account. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address and for security purposes, we will send your card in a white envelope.
Another way you can go about ordering a Debit Card is by sending us a secure message through Online Banking. To do this, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our helpful Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, you can send a secured message by selecting the "Customer Service" tab, then under "Message Center" click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. You will receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
To obtain a new card that is linked to a business account, you can send us a secure message via your Online Banking or you can also stop by a TD Store for further assistance. As always, feel free to visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find specific locations.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice night!
