Hi, I was given a TD Bank debit card as a gift. I followed the instructionbs on fhe front of the card to activate it. I went to use it last night and was told it there wasn't any money on the card

If this is regarding a TD Debit Card which is linked to a TD Bank Checking account, please ask the TD Checking account holder to contact us at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to review this further.
