Thanks for opening a new Checking account with us, Kevin.
As you have a TD Checking account, you can certainly request a TD Visa Debit Card. To have a TD Debit card be mailed to you, there are a couple of options available to you. You can contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and after account verification, one of our Banking Specialists can order the debit card for you and the card will be mailed to your address on file.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card via mail is by sending a secure message via your TD Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a secure message using this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging onto your account, you can send a secured message by selecting the "Customer Service" tab under "Message Center" then click on the "Send a Message" link.
After the request is submitted and received, please allow 7-10 business days for your card to arrive. It will arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
Did you know that you may request this card at any TD Bank location during lobby hours? Just bring your valid photo ID and visit your nearest TD Store and you'll be able to walk out with a new card in your hand! Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for help locating a TD Store near you.
We hope this information answers your question. Please let us know if should you have any further questions. Have a great rest of your day!
