My debit card randomly stopped working. Do I need to just get another one

If you'd like us to take a look at your debit card to determine why it isn't working properly before requesting a new one, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000. They'll be happy to review your debit card with you on the phone after account verification. They may also issue a new one and close your current card at your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
If you need a new debit card immediately, feel free to stop by your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank Stores have instant issue machines where any Store Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. You will walk out with a new card in your hand!
