Hello Mendel and glad you were able to reach out to us on TD Helps.
We want you to know that we apologize for the inconvenience and would like to offer some suggestions so you may obtain a new debit card as soon as possible.
As you mentioned that you current debit card is already expired, if you are able to visit a TD Bank Store location during normal lobby hours, you may obtain a new debit card immediately. To find a TD Bank Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. We want you to know that all TD Bank stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the replacement card which is already mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
We'd also like to mention that you can order a new debit card by calling us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, and after account verification, we'd be happy to order one for you.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card is by sending a Secure Message via Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a Secure Message using www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When doing so, please include your current address so that we can ensure we're mailing the card to the right location for you. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
No matter which option you prefer, please be sure to confirm with our Banking Specialists that we have your current contact info on file. If not, we'll be more than happy to update it for you.
Have a great week!
