Good of you to come by TD Helps tonight, Sylvia! We'll be sure to provide some information regarding your options for obtaining a new debit card.
Typically, replacement debit cards are sent to the address on file six weeks prior to the current expiration date. If you do not receive your new debit card by the end of next month, you may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Bank during lobby hours or send us a secure message through online banking requesting a new debit card. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
If you choose to call us or send us a secure message, our Specialists will mail a new debit card to your home within 7-10 business days; depending on your postal service. Additionally, your new debit card will come in a plain white envelope.
We hope this sheds some light on your question and feel free to come by TD Helps any time you have a question, Sylvia! Take care.
