Can I request a debit card through you or do I need to call customer service?

As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to your account information and we are unable to order a debit card for you. But we're happy to help direct you!
If you are able to visit us at a local TD Bank Store, we can print TD Bank Visa Debit Cards on the spot. To find a Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you'd like to have a new debit card mailed to your address on file, we have a couple of options. You can give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You can also send us a secure message through your Online or Mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. Be sure to include your full address on file for verification that we mail to the correct address. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
