Happy Sunday Carol!
Great to see you here today.
Since you mentioned that you have activated your cards for your accounts but are unable to use them, we would need to review this in further detail with you. Please note that we would like to assist you directly; however, we do not have access to your personal information since TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum.
To better assist you, feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification we'd be more than happy to check on this with you. Additionally, you can visit any TD Bank Store to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of our Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you prefer and you are enrolled for Online Banking, you can also send us a Secure Message so that we can check on your cards. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope that one of these options will clear up any issue, Carol.
Thanks again for getting in touch and we wish you a great rest of your weekend.
